Hello Beautiful and welcome to my website.

I am now available to schedule all programmes and any service that requires 1:1 time with me from

17TH APRIL 2023.

NATALIE'S COACHING HOURS:

PLEASE NOTE: My coaching hours are MONDAY to THURSDAY ONLY. 11am UK time zone finishing FINISHING at 5pm UK. Please bear this in mind before purchasing any service that requires time with me.

SELF-STUDY WORKSHOPS AND MASTERCLASSES

If you are purchasing a self study masterclass or workshop, this will be sent to you within 24 hours on receipt of payment. Please check your junk folder in case it lands there. PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds once you have received this service.

1:1 TIME WITH NATALIE OR CONNY

If you are purchasing any service that requires 1:1 time with me, PLEASE NOTE: On receipt of payment, I will email you (within 24 hours PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE) and request your availability, based on the hours I coach (please see above)

ONLINE SCHEDULE

I DO NOT HAVE or share a schedule online, so please don't look for one :-) I only share when I am available from, the date, so you are not disappointed if you have to wait to see me. Everything else, on purchasing any service is done via email with myself.

WHEN PURCHASING ANY SERVICE

When you have received a self study programme from me there are no refunds as you have the links to the workshops. If you are wanting a refund for a service that you have changed your mind for, please be aware that I get charged by Stripe to refund, so there will be a charge if you choose to request a refund.

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not show up for any scheduled service that requires 1:1 time with myself or Conny, you will need to purchase another session. We cannot get this time back and it is stated in all of the initial emails that are sent out when purchasing time with myself or Conny that 48 hours notice is needed to cancel or move a session or another session needs to be purchased.

If you need to move or cancel a session, 48 hours notice is needed or a new session needs to be purchased through the website.

1:1 TIME RULES

All 1:1 sessions take place with via Zoom. This is free to download. You are not allowed to record any sessions, as Conny and I share a lot of personal information in these sessions, so please make sure you always have pen and paper with you.

Please check your junk email folder in case any emails lands there.
